The company, which has been behind the creation and restoration of some of Scotland's most admired residential and commercial developments, including the award-winning Tron Development in Edinburgh's Old Town and Coalhill in Leith, is looking to appoint a Development Surveyor and a Property Sales Manager.

An experienced MRICS, the Development Surveyor will be responsible for sourcing and appraising mixed-use development opportunities as well as assisting in the marketing of current projects.

For the post of Property Sales Manager, an enthusiastic individual with a strong sales and customer care background is being sought to co-ordinate sales activity of third party agents on projects across Scotland.

Andrew added: "This is a very exciting time for the company with a number of major projects, such as Upper Strand and The Madelvic at Edinburgh‚s Waterfront, on site and many more in the pipeline.

„We recently appointed a new project manager and are looking for further individuals with a particular interest in the field of urban regeneration who feel they have the appropriate skills and experience for these posts and can help enhance our existing team."
