The new two-bedroom apartment on Waterfront Avenue has been kitted out to appeal to first time buyers, young professionals and families. Prices range from £125,000 to £187,000, with secure underground parking facilities available under separate negotiation. A £99 reservation fee and solicitors details are the only requirements needed to secure one of the properties.

Many of the one and two bedroom apartments available have already been sold at the first phase of Upper Strand development, which is part of the larger Waterfront Edinburgh Ltd regeneration programme, a joint venture between urban regeneration specialists, The Burrell Company, and The Places for People Group.
