As well as being able to reserve a brand new property prior to Christmas for as little as £99, Upper Strand, a joint venture between urban regeneration specialists, The Burrell Company, and The Places for People Group, is also offering a combination of offers to assist buyers with their move. Assistance with will be given towards a furniture package or legal fees will be paid on properties purchased under £150,000, which also benefit from no stamp duty, or for properties over £150,000 stamp duty will be paid by the developer.
