As well as being able to reserve a brand new property prior to Christmas for as little as £99, Upper Strand, a joint venture between urban regeneration specialists, The Burrell Company, and The Places for People Group, is also offering a combination of offers to assist buyers with their move. Assistance with will be given towards a furniture package or legal fees will be paid on properties purchased under £150,000, which also benefit from no stamp duty, or for properties over £150,000 stamp duty will be paid by the developer. Buyers will also receive a luxurious Christmas hamper to help them settle into their new home.

The first phase of the Upper Strand development, comprising of 130 units, and its extensive Research and Development Centre were launched recently. A mix of properties is currently available, with prices ranging from £116,000 to £241,000.
