Four lucky house hunters are in for a festive treat as Upper Strand Developments announce a cracker of a Christmas offer at its development at Waterfront, Edinburgh.

The offer, available for the month of November only, is designed to help first time buyers get onto the property ladder by reducing the price of the remaining four two-bedroom apartments within Block A by £25,000 each.
