The City development, which boasts an impressive clock tower in the centre of the former administration building with decorative, granite urns on either side and a green fish scale slate roof, comprises 31 apartments, designed by local architects, David Murray Associates.

With 28 of the 31 properties already acquired the three remaining properties include two properties within the former Administration Building, one being a two bedroom ground floor apartment priced at £149,000 and the other a three bedroom top floor apartment priced at £194,500.
