A joint venture between The Premier Property Group and The Burrell Company, Premier Burrell is breathing new life into the historic landmark with the creation of 31 two and three bedroom apartments.

Despite being disused for many years following bomb damage, the 150 year old property, which is part of the B-Listed Cornhill Hospital designed by William Ramage and architect Archibald Simpson, boasts an impressive, eclectic mix of architectural style, including a classical Greek Doric porch, pedimented centre, two Italianate towers and single long windows.

Situated in a conservation area off Ashgrove Road, Elmhill House is being transformed into contemporary, highly desirable residential accommodation whilst retaining much of its original, striking architecture and features.

This will be the second hospital development in Aberdeen for Premier Burrell, with the company also successfully transforming City Hospital into houses and apartments, where first phases are already sold out.
