The result of an international architectural competition this major development overlooking the Water of Leith provided 30 apartments ranging in style from studios to three bedroom and penthouse units. The lower two floors were designed to accomodate a cafe bar and offices. The building was positioned to create a new wharf side environment and is part of the ongoing successful rejuvenation of Leith.
