An Architect/Developer Competition sponsored by Edinburgh City Council. The scheme, designed by Edward Cullinan Architects and promoted in association with Argent created a mix of residential, hotel and office uses and adopted an urban form which reflected the historic town planning evident from the first phase of Craig's New Town Plan.
